Proposal for Partnership and Introduction of BizRecord to Members of the Association of Community Pharmacists of Nigeria (ACPN), Oyo State Chapter

Dear Sir/Ma,

Introduction

BizRecord is a Nigerian technology company officially recognized and labeled under the Nigeria Startup Act by the Federal Government of Nigeria through the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA).

We are building a mobile-first business management and financial operations platform designed to help Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) digitize their day-to-day business activities, improve financial visibility, and make better business decisions.

We respectfully seek an opportunity to introduce BizRecord to members of the Association of Community Pharmacists of Nigeria (ACPN), Oyo State Chapter.

Challenges Facing Community Pharmacies

Many community pharmacies continue to face operational and financial management challenges, including:

Manual record keeping and paperwork.
Difficulty tracking daily sales and expenses.
Poor visibility into profitability and cash flow.
Inventory losses due to stock leakages, theft, or poor monitoring.
Limited access to business intelligence and financial reports.
Dependence on legacy software systems that are expensive, difficult to use, or inaccessible outside the store.
Inability to maintain real-time business records across multiple staff members and locations.

These challenges often limit business growth and make it difficult for pharmacy owners to make informed financial decisions.

About BizRecord

BizRecord provides a simple and affordable platform that enables pharmacy owners to:
